Return and Refund Policy

At InkTide, publishing projects involve professional services, creative work, and customised deliverables.

Because each project is unique, refund eligibility depends on the stage of completion and services provided.

1. Service-Based Projects

Once professional work has started, including editing, writing, design, formatting, or production activities, refunds may be limited because resources and expertise have already been allocated.

2. Before Project Commencement

If a project has been paid for but work has not started, refund eligibility may be considered according to the agreed terms.

3. Manuscript and Creative Services

Services involving customised creative work may not be refundable after substantial completion or delivery.

4. Revision Requests

Authors may request revisions according to the agreed project scope.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.

5. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing.
Each request will be reviewed based on:
• Project stage
• Work completed
• Costs incurred

6. Final Decision

Refund decisions are made according to the applicable agreement between InkTide and the client.
